When do I need to contact your call center for the installation of the Lumi-O lighting system?
You need to contact us as soon as your pool is all done. Meaning it is full of water and the concrete sidewalk is dry (for in ground pools).

Do we need to take our appointment with the electrician before or after your technician’s visit?
You can take your appointment whenever you are ready, depending on your needs.

We wish to have a switch for the lighting system inside the house, is it possible?
It is possible, ask your electrician for more details

What is the warranty on the Lumi-O or Lumi-LED above ground pool lighting system?
2 years limited warranty on all parts (except the light bulb), 1 year on the installation, 2 years on the LED light.

What is the warranty on the Lumi-O or Lumi-LED in ground pool lighting system?
3 years limited warranty on all parts (except the light bulb), 1 year on the installation, 2 years on the LED light

What kind of light bulb do we need to buy for replacement?
A 90 per flood halogen light bulb

What should we do with our Lumi-O standard lighting system before winter?
You need to unplug the GFCI, take out the light bulb and put it in a dry place; you can also put lubricant in the sockets to avoid corrosion.
NEVER LEAVE THE LIGHTS TURNED ON IF THE POOL IS EMPTY

What do we need to do before winter with the Lumi-LED lighting system?
The wire on the Lumi-LED lighting system has a connector that makes it really easy to take out and put it in the house for the winter (preferable) .

What is the warranty on a reinstallation?
1 year for the parts and installation

Our Lumi-LED lighting system is unsynchronized; what should we do?
No matter what color mode the LED lights are on, by switching ON and OFF three times (within 5 seconds), all of the LED lights will be changed to Mode 15. You can refer to LED instructions.
